A talk by the Admiralty Marshal and the Deputy Admiralty Marshal of the Admiralty Court in London. This talk will cover how ships are actually arrested in England, the pitfalls in the procedure to avoid and what you can do in order to ensure a ship arrest is quick and effective.

Inaugural Meeting
Our Inaugural Meeting took place at Quadrant Chambers with a welcome address by the Admiralty Judge, Sir Nigel Teare.
The first AGM took place at 5.30 pm on Thursday 9th March 2017 in the library at Quadrant Chambers. The AGM was be followed by a seminar “The use and abuse of Electronic Track Data: what the advocate wants, what the court likes (and doesn’t like) to see and what the tech consultants can deliver.
